Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are ready.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of both the product and packaging.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.
