At Scrambled Eggs Creative LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the limited and collectible nature of our items, all sales are final except in cases where a product arrives defective or damaged.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are:

Defective
Damaged upon arrival

To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Submit clear photos of the defect or damage, including packaging if applicable

Items must be:

Unused
In original packaging

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement (if item is available)
Exchange for the same item
Store credit or refund (if replacement is not available)

The resolution method will be determined at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size or preference
Minor cosmetic variations (common with collectible or handmade items)
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item
Return shipping may be covered by us in cases of confirmed defects or damage

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Please contact the shipping carrier first
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed
